Do you have a start-up discount?

We don’t have a standard start-up discount, but do drop a note to care@rocketlane.com, and we’d be happy to see what best we can do for promising start-ups (pre Series A or bootstrapped) that can benefit from Rocketlane.

Do I need to pay for users on my client/customer side?

No. You need to pay only for your team member licenses. Giving your customer side users access is free.

Can I have another week of trial?

If you couldn’t spend time on Rocketlane during your 14-day trial for some reason, please drop us a note at care@rocketlane.com or via our support chat with your information. We will verify your usage and extend your trial by an additional week, if that helps with your evaluation.

Can I pay per project rather than per user?

Please drop us a note at care@rocketlane.com with your request and reasoning, and we’re willing to have some flexibility on our pricing method if it makes business sense for us and for you.
