Customer Retention Rate (CRR)

What is Customer Retention Rate?

Customer Retention Rate (CRR) measures the amount of customers remaining after a specific period has passed, but does not include new customers. This value is the opposite of the churn rate.

How to calculate Customer Retention Rate

CRR = [(No. of  customers at the end of a specific period) - (No. of new customers acquired during the specific period) / No. of customers you had at the beginning of the specified period]*100
