September 10, 2026

Pan Pacific London

PropelX 2026 is a wrap.

PropelX 2026 brought together 250+ service delivery professionals to dig into what it actually takes to win in the outcome era — the strategies, operating models, and mindset shifts separating the firms thriving from the ones just surviving. The sessions delivered. The conversations were real. And the room got it.

Session recordings are on their way. Check back after September 21 to watch PropelX 2026 on demand.

Leaders From Modern Companies Attended Propel

From experimentation to execution

AI moved fast from exploration to impact. Enterprises invested, tested, and learned—but too often, results didn't match the effort.

In 2026, that phase is over. The focus has shifted from what AI can do to what it actually delivers.

Why this year marks a turning point

  • AI investments are judged by business results, not experiments
  • Adoption inside real workflows is the key success metric
  • Speed, reliability, and ROI matter more than vision decks
