Gaines Murfee currently leads Customer Onboarding at Chili Piper, a high-growth SaaS start-up. He joined as Chili Piper's 8th employee and worked his way up from Account Executive to holding senior positions in both Product and CS teams. Gaines is a highly technical resource for Chili Piper staff and Customers, with a passion for creating scalable business systems and applications therein. Previous to joining Chili Piper, Gaines held positions in Marketo and Verizon. Having grown up in Birmingham, AL, Gaines now lives in Atlanta, GA.
